For over 14 years, I’ve been working online, starting with a single freelance client back when I was a military spouse juggling life with a new baby.
Moving frequently and wanting to be present for my family, I discovered the enormous demand for skilled marketing support among online business owners.
I dove headfirst into digital marketing, learning everything I could, and quickly became a go-to resource for overwhelmed business owners.
But something became clear: I could share the wealth.
That’s when I had a lightbulb moment.
I realized I could create opportunities for other smart, capable, and underutilized women—like my military spouse and mom friends—by teaching them how to harness their own talents and break into the freelance marketing world.
Today, I help women build flexible, well-paying careers as Digital Marketing Assistants through my signature Unicorn Digital Marketing Assistant School and the Digital Marketer’s Workgroup.
These “unicorns” aren’t just VAs—they’re the powerhouse first hires for solopreneurs, equipped with digital marketing and tech skills that help businesses grow.
